We realize that you could hire someone directly from a newspaper ad or similar source. But, we eliminate the hazards of that approach and add significant value by making sure you are protected and satisfied.

The caregiver that we supply for you is our employee, not yours. We assume all of the responsibility for background checks, criminal checks, and references. Each one of our caregivers is fully bonded and insured to help protect everyone involved. We thoroughly interview each caregiver so that we can best match their skills, personality and experience with the needs of each of our clients.

Required Training Includes:

Policies and Procedures, HIPAA, Dementia Training, Universal Precautions, Infection Control, Back Safety, Proper Body Mechanics, Reporting Client Abuse/Neglect/Misappropriation, Tuberculosis Prevention, Communicating with Families, Professionalism, Etiquette.
